This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you play Galactic Conquest (the "Game"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By playing, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account details — the username and email address you use to create and recover your account.
In-game content — messages you send in fleet, galaxy, and voice chat, and other content you create in the Game.
Support communications — anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

Device & identifiers — device model, operating system, app version, language, and device or advertising identifiers.
Gameplay data — progress, fleet activity, purchases, and actions taken in the Game.
Usage & diagnostics — crash reports, performance data, and basic analytics that help us improve the Game.

3. How we use your information

To run, maintain, and improve the Game and your account.
To enable real-time multiplayer, chat, fleets, and faction play.
To process in-app purchases and deliver items and rewards.
To send service messages and, where enabled, push notifications.
To measure marketing performance and understand how players find the Game.
To detect, prevent, and address cheating, abuse, fraud, and security issues.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties that process data on our behalf, including:

App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) — to distribute the Game and process purchases.
Cloud & infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) — to host the Game and store data.
Analytics & attribution (e.g. AppsFlyer) — to measure installs and marketing performance.
Push notifications (Expo / Firebase / Apple Push Notification service) — to deliver alerts.

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are required to protect it.

5. Advertising & tracking choices

The Game may use your device's advertising identifier to measure marketing. On iOS, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. You can decline tracking at any time without losing access to the Game.

6. Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Game, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — including deleting your account and data — email contact@neutrinogamestudio.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to address issues promptly.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you play from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify you in the Game.
