Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Galactic Conquest (the "Game"), operated by Neutrino Gaming Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to play. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Don't share, sell, or transfer your account.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights in the Game and its content.

3. Virtual items & purchases

• The Game may offer virtual currency, items, and season passes ("Virtual Items") for purchase or as rewards.
• Virtual Items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you — not sold.
• All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Except where required by law or a store's policy, purchases are final and non-refundable.
• We may modify, balance, or discontinue Virtual Items and game features to keep the Game fair and healthy.

4. Player conduct

To keep the galaxy fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software, bots, or automation.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post hateful, illegal, or offensive content in chat.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Game or its servers.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or Virtual Items outside the Game.
• Impersonate the studio, staff, or other players.

5. User content

You're responsible for content you share in the Game, including chat messages. You grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Game. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and features that violate these Terms.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Game or other players. You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time by emailing contact@neutrinogamestudio.com.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Game will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neutrino Gaming Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Game.

9. Changes to the Game & Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Game, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
